Undated Hello! Magazine handout photo of the Duchess of York who got a stylist to ‘help’ her daughter Princess Beatrice after the striking headpiece she wore to the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton made headlines around the world. PRESS ASSOCIATION Photo. Issue date: Sunday July 24, 2011. The opinion-dividing Philip Treacy creation, which was later sold on internet auction site eBay for charity, was compared to everything from a lavatory seat to a cat flap. The former royal told Hello! magazine she partly blamed herself for the incident. She said: ‘After the wedding hat thing, I realised that I wasn’t there enough to go around the shops, so I pulled in the help of [stylist] Charlie Anderson for a few weeks. ‘I think it is important that Beatrice doesn’t get labelled as having a stylist because she doesn’t have one. She has done it all herself and has immaculate good taste but she was working so hard to get her 2:1 degree that she didn’t have time to go shopping.’ See PA story ROYAL Fergie.
